the 40 cal is the way to go. Several large government agencies that adopted the 40 cal thinking it would solve all their problems have found out it doesn't and have dropped it. They are all going back to the 9mm. There simply isn't a miracle gun that takes care of all problems. I don't know what brand or model of guns are effected but I would imagine Glock or S&W. Those are the two top law enforcement guns.
A lot of ammo is ready to hit the market too. One agency bought 480,000 rounds of it. I have no idea how much is left or what make or style bullet, from what I have been told it is going to hit the market soon, if not already.
