She packs a punch. The .44 Magnum case necked to hold a .41 bullet. I have a revolver in that cartridge too. The G2 barrel adds about 250-300 fps to any wheelgun load. Also the smaller frame and chassis of the Contender/G2 truly enhances portability where it is a totally different tool from the big Encore. This more than validates having one of each. But who really needs an excuse?

And I picked up the stainless 41GNR in Saturday’s sale so will sell this one to make room. Really like my revolver and it shoots real nice. Having a few problems with loading the lead free crap but I’ve about got it figured out.
