from a single shot bolt gun, the weapon of demise. A little Indian woman out picking berries saw him coming and hid. He got too close and she shot him in the ear hole from about 7 ft. Then at leisure used up all the other shells she had!
A bear skill looks designed to bounce a bullet off with little damage other than pissing him off.

The two guys where on a rocky beach and trying to get back to the boat. They where walking so the bear wouldn’t run after them. The bear just walked faster. As it got closer the guys tried to distract the Bear by waving their arms and shouting at it. At about 10 yards the guy with the gun started shooting. The bear just kept walking with no reaction till it got to the guy. That’s all that was shown. I guess it was videoed from the boat
