Mountain Moulds will let you make your own, it's great! Also you can take a LEE push through sizer in .401" and force a .410" cast bullet through on a good press (not a cheap alloy one). Actually you can lightly lube a JSP or JHP .410" and make a .401" in the same manner. Really! I've done many. The shank on a cast bullet will not be altered so that makes things a little more complicated. If the bullets already have a gas check on them you are good to go. They pop out 0.401".
0.010" is all I ever want to go doing this IMO.
