Alright Gary, I’m in. I want both... I’ll probably have to do one at the time though, what with the retail salary and all. I’ve got about 100 rounds of virgin 30-30 brass and no 30-30 rifle so the 300 shouldn’t be a problem to get started. Later on I’ll probably grab another cylinder for the 321. Do I need to send in the frame for a spare cylinder? I know you have to mill off the caliber when changing but if it is still a 30 carbine does that same rule apply?

I knew AAC had stolen the cartridge from a gun writer but couldn’t remember who? As memory serves Mr. Jones had a whole line of whisper cartridges he wrote about in one of my uncles old magazines I read years ago. If I remember correctly he was hunting pigs with them? My memory has a tendency of failing me though. I’d looked seriously at having a cz527 chambered in 6.5 whisper at one point for a nephew as I’ve got a few barrel blanks lying around and am an absolute whore for the 527 action.
