bullet to fully fill it and take the rifling. Some friends who really looked into the situation told me they found a 0.403" 10mm cast bullet was what it took in their test gun to perform the very best. Sure a .400" will work but don't be surprised if you find lead streaks in the bore later.
Glock's official word will always be NO RELOADS period.
I use aftermarket barrels with conventional rifling and tighter chambers. Glock is chambered very sloppy by minimum SAAMI specs., that's why they run 100%. Like an AK.
I do very naughty things with my Glock, they are engineering marvels. I think I remember the original Desert Eagle .50 was a .510 Polygonal design but the Govt. test device limiting destructive devices to .51 cal. dropped right through the polygonal bore! They dropped back to .500 and the rest is history.
