a while back I shot a big Nilgai at one of the HHCs
when they cut and packaged the meat they had it listed as a Neal Guy.

In Africa some of the restaurant menus were in chinglish
They had pizza at one place and one of the choices was "Meat Cow Pizza".
At another you could order "Fish & Ships".
My favorite was "Fried Gout".
on one of our trips to Africa we got to Joburg late
in the day and spent the night at a bed & breakfast. We went to a nice restaurant that specialized in Monkey Burgers. It was actually pretty good.

Some familiar faces there.
On another hunt in Australia Charlie Herf and I ate kangaroo burgers in a nice restaurant. Those were good too. And in New Zealand we have Wallaby burgers. The wallaby is just a midget kangaroo but it was also real good.
