Buffalo Bore ammo in any way, shape or form, what about ammo from Garrett Cartridges?

and my 45-70 guide gun. I have both the 45-70 elephant loads and 330 grain .44 loads. If you do NOT do a steady diet of them there should be no problem as long as you stay with the recommended firearm on the website. If you are going to the HHC I will have some of both there for anyone interested in firing it.
I used Garret 540gr hammerhead on my Africa trip.

is a good guy and his ammo was the best. I haven't shot any ammo from the new owner so I can't say, but if he is using Randy's load data it should be good.

Cape Buffalo with 2 shots. The first shot through both shoulders almost knocked him down but after stumbling onto his nose, he righted himself and started running. Second shot through the lungs put him down within 40 yards. I recovered the first bullet under the skin on the off side. It was slightly peened and had lost it's gas check, but otherwise, looked great and did it's job superbly.
