Reeder Custom Guns - .357 Hard Cast

Is there a factory 158 gr. HARD CAST load offered by anyone, all I seem to see are 180 and 200. To me there is not much difference between 158 and 180, only 22 gr. That's about 1/2 the size of a .22 long rifle bullet. A wider meplat is about all I see. Am I on the right track or completely off base?? A ballistics expert I am not.
