I have had literally thousands of firearms. In 1985 I opened a small shop outside of town and ran it on the side. My goal was to experience as many firearms as I could, then basically sell them for profit. I did it for 27 yrs. I loved it except for the worry and pressure of record keeping and ATF woes. In reality the ATF guys I encountered were swell guys. They were doing their job and you do what they needed. Everyone wins. In Obama's 2nd term a woman became head of our regional office. That's when I threw in the towel. It was just not worth it for me anymore.

The SIG guns are unusual being Germanic in production and Swiss influenced in design. They have always been a bit expensive and carry an air of prestige. I like them but my small hands have given me problems in the past on bigger guns like the 239 (which I really like), 226, 228, and 229. They did have an optional set-back trigger available so I figure I was not alone. I now two Misfit guys named Doug who have the 9mm version of the 938 and like them.

I'd like to hear your impartial experiences. Shootability, reliability with what ammo, accuracy. Good information might help someone else.
