The idea of cats don't bother me much, African Buffalo neither. I've been around mean cows and in my mind at least I'm at ease. It must be some Freudian thing from youth and that old movie "Night of the Grizzly" that frightens me so. I tried to overcome it on that Alaskan trip but it only validated my personal anxiety. I have great and new found respect for Bruin.
