Good afternoon!

What exactly would a performance center revolver have done to it that a regular one would not? Just a little more care on assembly, closer tolerances, action job?

thanks

Brian

Yes, trigger job , polishing action, I think tighter fit.
I have had a few PC guns.
SW500- 7.5", AR 15-22lr. Both were good guns. I still have the AR15-22lr.

Some models are wild production prototypes

with features they'd never go into mass production. The early .500 and .460 revolvers sported unique machined barrel shrouds and Walther "gain" twist rifled barrels. The .460 had issues and there were some recalls. Doug used a borrowed Performance Center .500 at the Y-O once. Nice rig, comparable to a full on hunting Encore but on a revolver platform.
