and chamber the 9x18 Makarov. I find it superior to the .380 with a 90-95 gr. at near 1100 fps. It's actually a 9.3mm or .366" projectile. I keep a little PP size PA-63 around for fun. Both it and the Makarov handgun, with barrels fixed to the chassis, are extremely accurate and reliable.

long as there is a shortage of normally more available handguns. With this recession going on the manufacturers are only going to build guns that they know there is a demand for them. And the demand for the Mak died years ago.

Lone Wolf makes 9mmMak barrels for Glock 42 and Ruger LC380. Not a fixed barrel arrangement but if you had cases of 9mmMak laying around, it wouldn't go to waste.
