model 336 rifles in hand and what you thought of them. Unfortunately John Taffin is the only gun writer that I truly trust. I have known John to turn down articles on low quality guns because it is hard to hype a new gun when it is considerably less than high quality.
John, maybe a picture or two of the new model 336 when you can.

My good friend who lives locally is a engineer at Ruger and gets all the new stuff the test as well as spending a lot of time on the airplane flying back there. I have been very impressed with the new Ruger Marlins!
