I need some help with reloading data for a powder

that is no longer made. The powder is Winchester Action powder or WAP powder. Recently we picked up an estate sale and there was a large canister of WAP powder in there, factory sealed. I vaguely remember seeing WAP powder mentioned for combat loads but I have gone thru a lot of older reloading manuals and can't find any data for WAP, especially in 9mm, 38 Super or 45 ACP. If any of you have loading data from a reloading manual I will gladly kiss your fat sister if you would pass it along. Factory data please.
