My wife, son and daughter in law and I all had a good week on the ranch near Goldthwaite. Shot several does and some cull bucks. Lots of hogs in area and we did our part. Gary's 45 Backpacker with 270 grain SWC at 950 fps is deadly on hogs as well as deer. ]

It looks like a fantastic family time. Reminds me of the Y-O and our hill country adventures. My wife thinks Bart's Huntress wife belongs on the cover of a magazine! That gives me license to openly agree. lol It would make a good cover for deer hunting articles.

Actually that is a 300 BO shooting a 125 grain Hornady bullet. Pretty good combination.
