Mouseguns?

I know lots of guys that carry those NAA .22 WMR. One could do worse. I found the Kahr P380 not much bigger than an old school .25 ACP from my youth. As a last ditch I think mouseguns along with some good running shoes can be valid.
Reliability is a must though. Most .25,.32’s work well, even limp writing. .380’s not so much. The .22 short Beretta’s and Colts are cute but about equal to s modern quality .22 air rifle, in literal ballistic performance.
What’s fun favorites?

The trigger reach and travel seemed a bit long. The sear broke at the very end of the stroke.

Was an older Bearcat. It was my favorite woods walking plinker. We shot turtles and frogs out to 100 yds in the pond. I also shot a 4-3/4 Ruger auto, High Standard Longhorn, and we had a gold accented FIE with two cylinders. Boy it spit back with the .22 WMR. Loud also!
So far I have killed 8 raccoons, 1 possum & 1 dog

The colt is a replacement for one I let go long ago. Also an FN 1910 in 32. No lack of the littleguys here except for 22s
Ruger makes a little 10-shot pocket auto

I wondered if it has proven to be somewhat reliable? I had a Beretta 21 but it was a .25 ACP, most excellent for what it was. Would like to try one in .22 LR.
My favorite mouse guns, as I have rambled on and on

on here is the 25 Auto Budischowsky. I have 2 of them and neither one has ever jammed or failed to feed. All stainless steel and double action. They go for big money if you can find one these days. I had a little boot scabbard made for one of them to go inside a cowboy boot using velcro.
Some other mouse guns that I keep around the house in case I get attacked but a rabid mouse.
2 Colts and one that has Colt's name on it but was made by Astra for Colt.
I even keep a few Saturday Night Specials made by less that reputable companies but they still feed and function.
I guess something to rid me of mice would be a cat, but then again maybe not..
While on the subject of personal guns I don't think I ever showed a before and after pic of this S&W model 27 in 357 Magnum that some moron roughed up. Here is the before...
and the after pic...
I have a couple of model 27s but the 5" before gun is sorta my baby as it was abused and then brought back to life.
Here is my second model 27, a 6" model. This one was also dragged in the dirt but not as bad as the 5" model. So I didn't ruin any value as it didn't have any value before the re-working and rechambering to 356 GNR.
Boy those are neat. Some .25’s are really high

I’ve never seen one for real. Lots of folks like the little Walther .22 which looks sort of like it. They are high as well.
