capacity to get right up there and benefits from the super strong and resilient .44 Magnum brass. It is remarkable what the old war horse .38-40 can do given a strong gun. For playing with the dark side the .401 GNR affords a more livable platform and it's 6-shot is suited to it's power level on the std. BH chassis. I guess that's why he made it. With a Lee .401 sizer you have a much wider assortment of projectiles via converting .41 cal. bullets to 10mm. BTW the 170 gr. Serria makes a totally BITCHIN' 10mm Auto bullet!

I figure the .401 GNR on the .44 as the little brother to the .410 GNR on the .454. It's getting right up there.
