But some of the loons on Youtube show pretty good results taken as a whole. I need to do my own, these goobers don't do anything to suit me or answer seemingly basic questions a guy would ask.
I figure you can start at 12 o'clock and test fire to get the ting pretty close to sights by rotating. Mark it for repeatability. Some plinking with a double barrel 9mm Luger sounds fun.
My 12 is a Bakail Russian that I cut to 19". It only weighs about 5 lbs. though! I filed a groove for a rear sight and added a fiber green front sight myself. It hits great with my 1 oz. LEE home cast slugs with 17.5 gr. Red Dot, about 1100 fps.
