Today our rod and gun club had a party. So we were all asked to bring in a dish.
Soooooo. I brought in Polish golomki. It is a stuffed cabbage leaf. Traditionally you mix ground meat with either rice or barley and then wrap it with a cabbage leaf. Cook it and go at it.
I made mine with a twist. I used Florida wild boar and buckwheat groats. Everyone loved it.
I will add that when I told people what I was making the first thing asked was what kind of meat was I using.
