an XD9 so I could show him how to take it apart. As usual pull the trigger to drop the striker,pull slide back enough to rotate take down lever, let slide come forward ...and bam! Put a hole in the arm of the couch about 4 inches above my leg. Of course the house was full of people. Didnt find bullet until they moved to another house. Lesson learned!!
