My first handgun was a replica cap and ball Confederate Griswald and Gunnison revolver back in 1961. My Dad bought it for me when I was 15 years old. I lbought a Lyman mould and casted 1000’s of roundballs with a Lyman dipper pot. I had a great time shooting . My Mom had fits with me for raiding her Crisco can so I could seal the cylinder mouths when shooting.
