I se the Lee sizing dies, haven’t needed to lube the coated bullets. GT Bullets offer unsized as cast bullets as an option. Just coat them in your powder and bake. Have had great success with 9mm bullets. The 88 grain bullet for the .380 works great in 9mm after coating, baking, and sizing. No leading, and works well on jackrabbits. I have also used 9mm 130grain hollow points from the same company with success. They use a soft alloy that expands.
One thing to consider, your hard bullets will be softer after you bake them.
Eastwood sells powder that is a little more expensive than the Harbor Freight powder, but they have a great selection of colors.
There are several you tube videos on powder coating. I use a vibratory case cleaner to put the powder on.
It is kind of a pain, but worth the effort for me. I live in the southwest, and use Eastwood turquoise powder, the bullets look like jewelry.
