When I was in Athens at UGA we would go to a covered bridge to swim and drink beer. One day this guy was wading down the river with an old telephone crank and a 10 foot length of wire.
He was shocking the fish. he had a croker sack full of every kind of fish there was in the river. As Gary's uncle said, that was illegal,too.
