There will come a time when you will need to weigh something that weighs more than 500 grains. I use the RCBS 2000 scale that weighs up to 2000 grains. There are a bunch of really good ones out there but I would go with a brand name. I like RCBS as if anything goes wrong they will replace it no charge.
