with the lee push through sizer dies. Another option for the push through is the Star. By the way if the finish comes off during sizing, it wasn't gonna make it down the barrel at xxxxFPS with xxxxxxPSI behind it anyway. The Powder coating, if applied correctly and a quality product is used, should withstand the journey and possibly the impact. The sure fire test is to cure and then sacrifice a bullet by smacking it nose first with a hammer, finish should not flake or peel.
