identical except for the bullet caliber. I handload my own 6x45 ammo from necked-up 223R brass and have had no problems, but your results may vary.

Also, there are some proprietary uppers out their from different brands that are NOT Mil-Spec, be sure and read the fine print in the description, especially if its an online purchase.
