My camp was my house.
Opening day of deer season I would get up at 4am, have breakfast, saddle and pack my horse and ride off into the hills.

I let the horse carry everything I needed. I packed enough that if I stayed out all day I was OK.

If I got a deer or two I let the horse carry it or them back home.

Evening camp was at home and I slept in my own bed.

It spoiled me!
