A friend of mine has several military surplus M1 30 cal carbines for sale. They put them together and fixed them up for kids to shoot at his range. They closed the program and he told me to make an offer if I wanted one. Non matching numbers on parts so they would not be high end collectibles. Just wondering what a fair starting offer would be?
