Two frames that I have fitted an extra barrel to. I use the over size pins and fit to them accordingly. On a two barrel frame obviously they are fitted to the same pin size. I fit so the don’t rotate in the frame and run on a thin layer of grease on the barrel, I am assuming that is the proper way to do it. I don’t like wobble in the barrel when the action is open little alone when it is in battery. With frames being all over the place in tolerances in today’s production, I feel it’s really a necessity really. So for me the over size pins are the way to go. $.02
