I actually put together a site specific safety program that was later used by the company I worked for as a blueprint for other job sites site specific programs. At a class I attended for my training I remember what the instructor told me during a lunch break.
“Your safety program should be designed in a way that will protect the dumbest sumbich on your crew”. Over the next 12 years I learned he spoke the truth.
