not what the gun writers portray it to be and it for sure is not an elk cartridge. A gun writer friend told me 3 gun writers had been fired for taking $$ under the table and writing articles portraying the Creedmoor as the all around hunting cartridge for big game and stretching it's capabilities in writing.
