I have eaten bobcat,mt lion not bad just get all connective tissue and silver skin off or it tastes like the bottom of the litter box . Ate tons of javalina , love bear meat, hogs ,deer goats antelope and elk , buffalo,all the Asian exotics are the best , nilgai is my favorite. And I have eaten beaver, but you have to draw the line somewhere,no muskrat for me. Good luck hope you enjoy it
