I love them ,if you get stupid and push them to fast yes full metal jacket. I have shot them in many calibers ,sucksess with all,the realoadin process is pretty interesting,,grain at a time, my 308 encore and my 788 remington with carbine barrel will make clover or smaller at 100 yds. 180 in my 300 win mag is a hammer . I live in the TX panhandle,in drought or bad fire years we get NM and oka elk in the corn . I shot a pretty good bull with a 308 ,hit him in the hip as him went in the corn, bullet shattered the femur, cut femaral artery on left side,cut artery on right side and stuck in hide in off side, I've got a bunch of recovered bullets I'll try to post pics. I've had great success with them, not trying to stir up crap but they have really worked for us
