I have had great success with barnes for 30 years. Africa to Alaska to the lower 48. I have also had great success with nosler with big calibers bigger than 308. I love Hornaday and sierra. Only two bullets ever disappointed by is the xtp in the 454 casual and a nosler bt in 338. Both animals got killed but the bullets in both cases ths bullets didn't get good penetration. Both instances the bullets blew up in the shoulder. Maybe just circumstance. Not sure. But almost all bullets to me have worked very well
