pistol and as soon as they get home they take it totally apart, down to the smallest springs and pins. Then they can't get it back together and in many cases they have lost small pins or ball detents. We used to help them get it back together but these days we are way too busy to help idiots that feel they have to "field strip" their brand new guns. A guy told me yesterday that he took his new Kel Tec pistol totally apart to see if they put it together right, then he immediately lost several small parts that were spring loaded.

And these guys on the internet that show people how to take their guns apart and even encourages them to do so are mostly to blame. So lately when these yoyos bring in their gun in a bag in pieces I tell them to either send it to that guy on the video or send it back to the factory.
