Give out tags, collect the revenue, and give people a once in a lifetime chance to get some meat and have a helluva hunt with your family and buddy’s the way you would want to hunt. Not a ranger pointing out a bison saying “shoot that one”. It’s difficult as it is to draw a bison tag.
