practice for charging shots. Something like moving targets from about 50 yards, or even a set of plates spaced out from 5 - 40 yards. Draw from the holster and fire as quickly as you can. This is a life or death matter to be prepared for. The good Lord protected me with this knowledge, but I did it with a rifle.
