Before Shiloh Sharps (NY) and C. Sharps moved and worked some together in MT. Now C. Sharps only had the rights to "Old Reliable" markings. Both make made to order "Sharps" rifles in customer specified configurations and options. I was told the Shiloh Sharps parts can work with originals. The action is a 1874 pattern from modern steels. I guess they have them forged someplace.
