I loved it actually. The manager quickly saw I was very trustworthy and reliable so he left early with instructions and it was all me working the stock and stores. The meatcutter quickly caught on and began to depart about an hour later. Always left me with a list of what he wanted done.
One duty was to wash the meat saw. It was literally a cast frame bandsaw. We cut all sorts of meat on it. His instructions were to use hot water and ammonia for cleaning it up. It's good stuff if you don't huff it much. We never had any bacteria issues at all.
That rip blade is a mite coarse. But any port in the storm.
