I had 2 10 ga. I had a Churhill SXS double. It was a great turkey and waterfowl gun. I bought it 2 years before they passed nontoxis shot. I bought a case of 2 7/8" 1 5/8oz 4 shot. Shot a bunch of ducks those 2 years. One problem, You needed a gun bearer 11 lbs. I sold it and bought a Browning BPS. Recoil was fierce. It burned up in 1991 whenmy house burned down. I replaced it in 1994 with a Mossburg Super 1000 gas operatored 3" 12 ga. I shoot expensive nontoxic shot and it has as much range as the 10s with steel shot. With a lot less recoil.
