in order to stop a leak. I took a torch to the spigot and could get one or two cavities filled before it'd freeze up again. Well, the dipper's working even if it isn't the best way of doing things. Haven't had time to research and see what else might be tried to prevent the lack of flow issue. Thanks for the input, it's good to be reminded in case the opposite problem happens.
