load these calibers so hot that they damage both the shooter and the firearm. I have followed your writings for a number of years and you do more shooting that any 50 of us, I remember you stating your hands and wrists were suffering from the years of shooting. I personally shoot all but one of the cartridges mentioned but don't find the need to run any of them at max.
