I needed more part by part replacement, not really a tune just yet. I'll go back and look it over.

I know not many would consider the Beretta a "hunting" handgun but it's not that bad. The 5" gives good ballistic performance for whatever caliber. My .40 runs really fast with cast bullets. I've shot 170 gr. SWC .38/40 bullets at 1100 fps, seemingly easy pressures.

Having said that I have a friend who shot a nice buck with a 9mm Beretta 92 using a 147 gr. JHP. Denning shot a little meat doe with a Glock 9mm. I'd think the .40 better, but whatever is in your hand at the time.
