it was fun to shoot .451" bullets. The SOCOM is sort of a semi - .45/70. Should be great with 300 gr. bullets, about where the Bushmaster runs flat.

I've shot a .50 but it just seemed the same as the SOCOM but .500 bullets. .458's are more plentiful. Brass for all is so expensive!
