He was from Australia. At the Mexican restaurant he asked what kind of meat the "Mexican Steak" was, the other fellow told him "Burro". We had a good laugh, he liked the Burro. With enough rice and beans anything is pretty good. Except fried chicken Gizzards, my dog won't eat them. Livers, done right like Granny does, they are a delight...
