mountain lion. They are a real strange meat. They are blood red when you put the steak on the grill and in 5 minutes they are a white meat like chicken. But lion is sure good eating. I would rather eat a lion steak than a bear steak. As far as my knowledge goes (which is a short string) a lion won't eat anything but what he kills and won't come back in a week and eat off it again. While a bear will eat whatever he finds and loves it especially if it has a lot of maggots on it. Bear meat is well known to cause some sickness that I couldn't spell on here if I tried. It sounds like trichanosis (I told you I couldn't spell it). Anyway I stay away from a bear steak. I have a lot of friends that love bear meat. I also have a lot of friends that like fat girls, in fact the fatter the better. (no offense Alcorn). That is what Alcorn loves, to take a fat girl out for a nice dinner of a bear steak and Ripple wine. But that is probably just a vicious rumor.
