revolver cartridges to just touch the mouth of the case with one of the Makita type chamfering tools or even the hand held chamfering tool and never use the neck expander. This will very slightly open up the mouth of the case enough to sit the base of the bullet in that tiny belled out mouth and let you seat the bullet without expanding the neck of the case. This lets you keep the neck tension in the case.
