have to have a series name on the barrel as that is how we register our various series with the feds. The series name really has nothing to do with the actual features of the gun other than series like the Ultimate 45, Ultimate 357 or any of the Ultimate series. But the customer picks out the series and then decides how he wants it built. It is not unusual to get an order in with 10 pages of pictures of various series. He might want the barrel to look like one pic, the gripframe like another pic and so on. That's why they call it a custom gun.
