Now his tinkering has been done over a span of a few years and all legally done. It takes lots of patience and a little money. A Ruger in .300 WM and his AR10 in .308. He has gone through the proper paperwork and been issued the class III stamp for his own manufactured suppressors. He cannot sell them or transfer them as I understand. They are only for his use and he still had to pay the $200 and wait for the paperwork. The unit has some mandated information stamped into it also. They are made from titanium. It's all available info online. FYI
Do you really NEED another hobby?! lol
